The residents of this house missed the connection with the garden on the ground floor. Originally, there were only a few windows and one door connecting the kitchen and playroom to the garden. We changed that. The rear façade of the house has been almost completely replaced by a large wooden front, allowing plenty of light to enter and creating a beautiful view of the garden.  The kitchen has been relocated so that you can cook in the most pleasant spot, with a view of everything happening around you. In addition, a lovely playroom/chill-out area has been created. Thanks to a few clever interventions, enormous gains have been made in terms of light and living comfort.

The result is a warm, light and inviting family space surrounded by greenery.
