In our own building there is still a small unused space with its own entrance to the outside: the former transformer room. In this small space we are going to make the smallest house in Eindhoven, with 45m2 spread over 3 floors! We will use this tiny but very charming house as an artist in residence. The transformer house will have its own roof terrace, 2 bedrooms and even 2 bathrooms. Wondering if this all fits? Follow the build process!
