Yes, there are beautiful projects waiting for 2018 as well.
For Social Label we were allowed to make the design for phase 2 of the Werkwarenhuis in ‘s Hertogenbosch. The Werkwarenhuis will be realized in the central building on the former factory complex De Heus on the Bossche Tramkade. It offers space for the social design lab and the design shop of Social label. Together with renowned designers, craftsmen and people on the sidelines, the ‘monument to the future’ is being built. A cultural experiment aimed at developing people, socially sustainable design products and an inclusive (manufacturing) economy.
Thanks to a financial contribution from the Rabobank Foundation, the Social Label foundation can develop the social design lab. The Werkwarenhuis is thus entering a new phase.
The demolition phase started in December, so we can start building soon. The new entrances, large voids and new stairs make the current building transparent and insightful.
