Architectural draftsman/modeller | Eek and Dekkers

Due to the expansion of our assignment portfolio, we are looking for a talented architectural draftsman / modeller to join our team. We work with a small team on architectural assignments of different scales, mainly in the field of renovation and transformation. We are looking for someone who can strengthen us technically and architecturally.

This is what you do

As a modeller, you are responsible for the translation of the architectural design into a BIM model in Archicad, in which you, as a professional, record all data. You are the connecting factor in the project team and you ensure that all data comes together in the right way.

Profile

You are enterprising, involved and have a proactive role.

• Work and thinking level HBO architecture.
• You have strong communication skills towards colleagues, clients and contractors.
• You have an eye for detail.
• You are accurate, independent and motivated.
• Command of Archicad is a plus
• Command of the Dutch language is a plus.
• You have good general architectural knowledge and you master the regulations.
